Miami Heat vs Spurs matches was postponed

Miami Heat vs Spurs matches was postponed due to the lack of Miami players. 

The NBA delayed Wednesday night’s game between Miami Heat and hosted San Antonio Spurs because Miami lacks eight players.

The Heat includes 12 players injured on their injury report. Six of them are due to COVID-19 protocol, and six are for injuries.

The injury-prone players are Bam Adebayo (thumb) and Jimmy Butler (ankle). The players included in the protocol are Kyle Lowry and P.J. Tucker.

On Tuesday, Miami was awash with eight players in a 119-112 win against Washington’s Washington Wizards.

However, Butler suffered a right-sided injury to his ankle at 1:03 to play. Additionally, KZ Okpala was injured on his right wrist in the game. 

Additionally, Gabe Vincent played Tuesday and is now among the Miami players in the protocol.

The other player Max Strus went into protocol before the start of the game on Tuesday. The two other Heat players in the protocol include Zylan Cheatham and veteran Udonis Haslem.

The postponed game was scheduled to kick off an eight-game road tour. The Heat will take on Houston Rockets on Friday. Houston Rockets on Friday.

The Spurs have two players on their protocols the standout guard Dejounte ‘Murray’ Murray and forward Devontae Cacok.
