DualShock 4

Gaming has long been more than a hobby for the outcast – in fact, it has become one of the largest and fastest-growing industries in the world. The games available are endless for those who love to play. Whatever the type of game, there is sure to be something to suit everyone.

The industry has performed particularly strong in 2023. Many blockbuster games have seen their original release dates pushed back because of COVID-19, and many of them finally came out this year.

The situation was the same at online casino gaming. The interest in them skyrocketed, so game developers have gone out of their way to create the atmosphere of real casinos. This year is full of new online casino platforms and great casino games.

This year’s best

As the end of the year approaches, I’ve collected 7 successful games from this year. The list is not exhaustive, I have taken into account the popularity and return to player factor and tried to bring a diverse selection of gaming areas. The list below, therefore, includes casino games, multiplayer, some newly released gems, and platform-exclusive games.

  • Aviator
  • Baldur’s Gate 3
  • Marvel’s Spider Man 2
  • Super Mario Bros. Wonder
  • Cocoon
  • Cyberpunk: Phantom Liberty
  • Starfield

The Aviator

The Aviator by Spribe was launched in 2019, but it was this year that it became one of the most popular casino games. The game, which is also available from the Lemon Casino online platform, allows you to win $1,000 with a deposit of $1. The return to play rating is 97%. The minimum amount to play must be 10 cents and the maximum $100.

Baldur’s Gate 3

It’s a remake of the Divinity RPG series by Larian Studios. Based on 1974’s Dungeons & Dragons, the game gives players almost complete freedom to shape the narrative.

Marvel’s Spider Man 2

Available only on PlayStation 5, the game explores a new Spider-Man story through the eyes of Peter Parker or Miles Morales. Of course, we’re fighting the usual adversary: crime – with a little web-slinging thrown in for good measure.

Super Mario Bros. Wonder

It’s a new version of Nintendo’s flagship creation, and the team has put some crazy stuff into the game. You can jump around in swamps and on fast-lane paths in a retro style, and when you’ve had enough, you can start hallucinating dragons by eating a Wonder Flower.

Cocoon

The shining jewel of indie games to date. In the story, you play an insect-like creature who finds himself in an unfriendly universe. From there, it can teleport to a hidden realm where we, as players, must solve puzzles with it. The deeper we get into the realm, the harder the puzzles become.

Cyberpunk: Phantom Liberty

The DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 offers fans around 20 hours of plus content. The extra story takes place on the streets of Night City and is narrated by actors such as Idris Elba and Christine Minji Chang. Its genre is actually a spy thriller, and its release has also eliminated the technical problems of the base game.

Starfield

Bethesda’s latest game is a fully open-world RPG with no shortage of side missions, things to explore, and friendships to build with NPCs. The story is set on the outer reaches of the Milky Way, allowing us to experience the vastness of the galaxy first-hand, which can be a little eerie.
