FYJC 2021 Admission: Government of Maharashtra will start round on a first-come, first-served basis from September 28

The first-come, first-served round of admission for First Year Junior College (FYJC) students for the academic year 2021-22 will begin on September 28 by the Maharashtra government.

This year, a total of 3,00,015 seats have been filled at 1,496 universities across the state, while the remaining seats will be filled under the Maharashtra FYJC system on a first-come, first-served basis. Students should note that the Maharashtra FYJC 2021 admissions process will close on October 14.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad reported that under the first-come, first-served admission process, students will gain admission only through an online process. Also, whoever applies for admission first will be assigned the seat.

Taking his username from social media, Gaikwad tweeted about the same thing on his official username. “Over 3 lakh of students have secured admissions under Centralized Online Admission to # FYJC. Congratulations! For those who haven’t gotten one yet, another round of first come first serve (FCFS) admissions will take place from September 28 to October 14. Take the chance! Details below, ”the tweet reads.

Therefore, students who are applying under FCFS means that they will register online for admission to a specific Junior College. Those who submit or apply first will get the first chance. Additionally, candidates must ensure that their assignment has been accepted by the system.

– Those who are not admitted to any university or in any round carried out so far are eligible

– Students who have passed their Class 10 or complementary exam are eligible

– Based on their merit scores, students can also apply in the respective category of the FCFS round

– Meanwhile, verified students from Part 1 of the application form are eligible for FCFS

– Candidates who have canceled their admission or refused admission so far are also eligible

– Those who have received permission to maintain terms (ATKT) in the Maharashtra SSC exams are eligible
