Minister Warns Online News Outlets

22 YouTube-based news channels and 3 Twitter accounts, a Facebook account, and a news website have been blocked because they spread false information about India’s national security and foreign relations. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting used its emergency powers under IT Rules, 2021 to do this.
