It’s called robbing the Home Run. Once you understand the process, it’s pretty simple to execute. This guide will teach you how I steal a home run in MLB The Show 22.
First, you need to establish some settings before we can begin robbing a Home Run. You can go to your Fielding Setting and change the Catch position indicator to Drifting Ball or TrackBall.
You will also need to change the Off The Wall Ribbon setting to ON. These settings should increase your chances of giving your Fielders a chance to score a home run. These are the steps you need to take once they have set.
An Arrow Indicator will be displayed on the Wall whenever a batter hits a Home Run. It has 3 levels. This is where the Ball will go. Lock in the nearest Fielder, and then run to the Wall. As the Ball approaches the Wall, the Arrow Indicator will turn green each step. You will need to wait until the third Arrow turns green.

The Fielder will leap and catch the ball, going for the Home Run. You can pull off the Rob a Home Run move with a lot of practice, patience, and good timing.
